Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact SenangBeli as soon as possible after receiving your parcel.
Please provide your order number together with clear photos or videos showing the item, packaging and the issue. We will review the case and advise you on the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Change of Mind
As many products sold on SenangBeli are specially sourced from overseas after an order is confirmed, returns for change of mind may not be accepted once the overseas purchasing or fulfilment process has started.
Please check the product description, specifications, size, colour and other relevant information carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your request if the overseas purchasing or fulfilment process has not yet started. Once an order has been processed or purchased from the overseas supplier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns
Please contact SenangBeli before returning any product. Do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from us.
Where a return is approved, the item should be returned in its original condition with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
Refunds
Once an approved return or refund request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed through the appropriate payment method where possible. The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping Charges
If a return is required because we supplied an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will advise you regarding the applicable return arrangements.
For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may be affected by international transportation, customs clearance, weather, courier operations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A shipment taking longer than the estimated delivery period does not automatically mean that the parcel is lost. Please contact us so that we can check the order status.
