5. Payment

6. Shipping & Delivery
For overseas-sourced products, please allow approximately 14–23 working days for the product to arrive and be processed for delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of international transportation, customs clearance, weather, courier operations, supplier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive or be dispatched separately depending on their source and availability.

7. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact SenangBeli as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate cancellation requests where the overseas purchasing or fulfilment process has not yet started. Once an order has been processed or purchased from an overseas supplier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
8. Returns & Refunds
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact SenangBeli as soon as possible after receiving your parcel.
